Experience -- Jac has over 20 years of home building/remodelling experience and seventeen years as a full time home inspector.  With over 5,000 completed inspections, he has the experience necessary to perform the professional, objective inspection you need and deserve.

Geographic Orientation -- Jac has lived and worked in the twin state valley area for the past 30 years and has a good working knowledge of the types of home construction, the area and the people.

User Friendliness -- Although not required, Jac would prefer that you attend the inspection so that you can get a clear explanation of the condition of the structure, observe the systems, see how they work, get some maintenance tips and ask any questions you might have. The typical home inspection takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size and condition of the house.

Convenience -- A written report will be available at the conclusion of the inspection.  You won't have to wait days for your information.   BACK
